- Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Process for Refunds
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at carbonstyles.canada@gmail.com.
- Ship the product back to the provided return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 days:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.
